A Santa Ana park on an event day

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 1 September 2026. Written around one rental, start to finish.

These terms follow the life of one rental, in order: what a quote is, what a booking is, what happens at delivery, what is expected while the equipment is on your ground, how servicing works, how collection works, and what happens when something goes wrong. Renting equipment from us means accepting them.

1. The quote

Quotes are given by telephone and are based on what you tell us: the type of job, the headcount, the duration, the address and the access. A quote holds for a reasonable period and assumes the information you gave us is accurate. If the site turns out to be materially different, the quote may change, and we will tell you before anything is delivered rather than after.

2. The booking

A booking exists once we have agreed the equipment, the dates and the price on the call. You may change or cancel; tell us as early as you can. Changes made before the truck is loaded cost nothing.

3. Delivery, and what the site has to provide

You are responsible for giving us safe, legal, reachable access to the placement: adequate width and headroom for the vehicle, ground firm enough to take it, and permission from whoever controls the land. Where a gate code, a guardhouse list, an escort or a badge is required, arranging it is yours. If we arrive and cannot get in, we will contact you, and a wasted trip may be chargeable.

4. Permits and consents

Equipment on private property normally needs no permit. Equipment on a public street, sidewalk or parking lane needs the relevant municipal encroachment or special event permit, and anything on a state highway falls to Caltrans. Obtaining those is the customer's responsibility. We will happily tell you which one applies; telling you is not the same as pulling it.

5. While the equipment is on your ground

The equipment remains ours throughout. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, not to move it without asking, not to modify or mark it, and not to put anything into it other than ordinary waste and toilet paper. Paint, solvents, concrete washout, construction debris and hazardous material do not go in a portable restroom. Charges for damage or for cleaning out what should not be there are the customer's.

6. Servicing

Scheduled servicing is included at the frequency agreed at booking, normally weekly, and more often on busy sites and active emergency work. Servicing requires the same access as delivery. If the unit is blocked or unreachable on the service day, we will attempt to reach you; a missed service caused by access is not a failure on our side.

7. Wind, fire and weather

This is Orange County, and the Santa Ana wind season is a scheduled fact rather than a surprise. Portable units are light and they will move in a strong offshore event. Where a wind advisory is forecast we will secure, ballast, relocate or remove units as the placement requires, and on exposed hillside, canyon and coastal placements removal is sometimes the only responsible option. Where a fire authority closes access to a canyon or hillside area, we work to that closure; equipment may be left in place or removed depending on what the authority allows. We will keep you informed and we will not charge you for our own precautionary moves.

8. Collection

Collection is included in the price. Call us when the job is finished and it goes on the next run to your area. Rental continues until the equipment is collected or made available for collection, so tell us promptly. If access prevents collection, rental charges may continue until we can get to it.

9. Payment

Payment is taken by card at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for an account customer. Extensions, additional units and chargeable damage are invoiced at the agreed rates.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying and servicing the equipment properly. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from the site itself, from ground conditions we were not told about, from third parties interfering with the equipment, or from indirect or consequential losses. No clause in these terms excludes any liability that California law does not allow us to exclude.

11. How we contact each other

By telephone. We do not operate an email address, so notices to us are given by calling (714) 599-8706 during opening hours.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and the courts of Orange County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

The version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it. Revisions appear here with a new date.
